Third week
Today's the 3rd week into my running frenzy, yt's pop pilates routine and crazy 'healthier' eating lifestyle. Until now, I've not seen any changes in My body nor my weight. My weight Prolly like dropped 400g only? Idk if I'm gaining muscle weight or what but there's not much significant, obvious and visible changes. :( but I think it's because of my over consumption of healthy food during every meal that's causing it... I'll cont running everyday and do PP every 2 days
